Speaker - Lev Freinkman, The World Bank Senior Country Economist for Armenia

In his capacity as senior economist for Armenia, and for the past 3 years, Mr. Freinkman has managed the World Bank's large adjustment operations in Armenia, such as Structural Adjustment Credits (SAC) III, IV and V. In addition, he has task-managed a number of in-depth studies on the Armenian economy, most notably "Armenia: Growth Challenges and Government Policies" published by the World Bank. Lev's knowledge of the Armenian economy, its policy makers, and its challenges is unmatched. He plans to share with us his vision on the past, present, and future role of the Armenian Diaspora in the economic development of Armenia.
