The Armenian International Policy Research Group (AIPRG) held its second annual conference, “Armenia: Challenges of Sustainable Development,” at the World Bank headquarters in Washington, DC on January 17 and 18, 2004. With nearly 150 participants, including senior officials from the World Bank, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the U.S. government and several foreign embassies, sixteen unique research papers were presented in eight different topic sessions during the two-day conference.
