AIPRG membership requires an established professional and/or academic record, that is, either a Ph.D. from a western university or Masters degree with equivalent experience in a major international institution. The Executive Board reserves the right to invite public policy professionals without a Masters degree but with an otherwise strong international professional reputation/record to join the group.
